FAQ

Product FAQ

Can this product be placed on table tops?

Yes, it can. The table top will not get burnt as the cooker comes with bottom support for elevation.

What cookware is suitable?

Induction – only induction friendly pots and pans ie. stainless steel

Ceramic – any material is suitable

The glass is still hot after cooking. How do I clean the glass?

The cooker takes 10-20 mins to fully cool down. Wait for the cooker to cool down first, do not clean when the glass is still hot. Use a wet cloth and cleaning chemical to wipe the glass. For shine and maintenance, glass cleaning chemicals are suitable for use.

There are scratches and stains on the glass. How do I remove them? Are they covered under warranty?

Scratches and stains are normal while using and are not covered under warranty. To reduce scratches, always place cookware lightly on the glass surface and do not drag any cookerware across the glass. Always clean the glass after each use for easy removal of stains. To remove stubbon stains, use special chemicals meant for ceramic hobs instead of normal cleaning detergent.

After pressing the “Off” button on the cooker, there is a noise emitted from the cooker.

The noise comes from the fan emitting hot air from beneath the cooker to prevent overheating. That is normal and will stop after 5-10 mins. After the fan has stopped, it is safe to switch off the powerpoint switch.

My cooker has shown an error code and is not heating up.
